Papama took some great pictures of the actual Stake Conference. It was held at a local school. There were over 1700 members in attendance, so they filled the main room, an overflow room and they even set up chairs outside. It was over 100 degrees in the room, so outside would have been a good choice. They did have fans blowing on the crowd an that saved us.
The choir was made up of young people who sang loud and well. The choir director was very animated. They had a keyboard and recorder accompaniment. They really added to the spirit of the wonderful meeting.
Everyone was in agreement about those they were sustaining.
Then it was time to find their way home. There were not many cars so the members walked to their homes or fit as many people as they could on motorcycles.
